Comparing Ionospheres of Mars and Earth

What can measuring the amounts of plasma on Mars and Earth tell us about characterizing the environment and evolution of the atmosphere on different planets? This slow reveal graph comes from Dr. Angeline Burrell, from her own research and a paper she co-authored. There are beautiful connections to trigonometry, and this slow reveal is also an example of one that focuses on natural rather than social science.
